Top 5 BTS Songs (So Far)

In honor of BTS (방탄소년단) announcing the release date their comeback album “Love Yourself: Her” (and to let you guys know a little more about my BTS music preferences), I’m counting down my Top 5 favorite BTS songs.

5. Fire (불타오르네)
A list about BTS’s songs wouldn’t be complete without this song. From the singing to the sharp choreography it’s an all-around winner in my book. If I want to be pumped up for a cardio workout, this is playing on my headphones.

4. Save Me
Part of the reason I love this song is the dancing during the chorus. Also, it has a bit of a different feel to it than many of their other singles. I always appreciate when a group throws something at you that you aren’t expecting. Also, J-Hope’s rap is on point.

3. Look Here (여기 봐)
Technically not one of their released singles, I think this is a really underrated song. Jung Kook’s voice is so good during the chorus hitting those high notes (he’s my bias by the way…he can do no wrong!) Also, don’t get me started on Rap Monster’s verse….the man can rap. Everything about this song is perfect. Just try not to dance when it comes on, it’s impossible! Watch the lyric video here.

2. 21st Century Girl (21세기 소녀)
Again, not an actual single, but they released a Halloween dance version video and it’s amazing. I really love the message in this song. Basically, it’s saying all us ladies should be confident no matter what anyone else says. Just listen to the first line, “You’re worth it, you’re perfect. Deserve it, just work it.” It’s also a song with a great beat to dance around to in your kitchen (this may happen way more often than I should admit).

1. Spring Day (봄날)
One Word: Suga. His rap is what made me fall in love with this song. He puts so much emotion, attitude, and effort into everything he does. Another reason is just the perfection of the video itself. It’s a really emotional song and video and believe it is one of their best.

Honorary Mention:

Dope (쩔어)
So, you probably notice a pattern by now. Any song where Jung Kook is killing it with his dancing or there’s a great rap verse, it’ll be in my favorites.

So, let me know down in the comments what your top 5 BTS songs are! I’d love to hear them!
